Athletics are deeply rooted in the Village of Grayslake with numerous teams and organizations offering opportunities for the community youth and adults alike to get active, build skills, learn teamwork and share in the camaraderie of sports. 

Central Park in the Village Center acts as a key practice and game site for many area youth athletics including baseball, football, soccer, running programs and more. Such sports organizations include teams through school Districts 46 and 127, the Grayslake Park District, not-for-profit athletic organizations and other health/fitness groups focused on the adult audience.
